Terms and Conditions:

• Artwork must be original creations of the participating artists.

• Any artwork containing explicit or offensive content, hate speech, or infringing on the rights of others will be disqualified.

• Artists may enter the competition more than once if they have more artwork they want to be considered.

• Artists are encouraged to enter the maximum number of images allowable for the entry fee.

Tephra ICA Arts Festival (formerly Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival)at Reston Town Center- Deadline: Jan 2-6, 2024

Regular:   $55         October 28 – January 2, 2024
Late:   $65            January 3– January 6, 2024

Eligibility:

• original, well-conceived, and expertly executed works

• created within the last five years, either by hand or with appropriate tools

• submissions created by the applicant only

• applicants must be 18 years or older
